Now-a-days technology is getting updated every minute, so it’s really necessary to update ourselves as well. So the initiative was taken by the Department of Computer Science by organizing an event on 30/09/2023 named ‘Techno Update-I’. With the help of this activity, students get to know which technology is being developed in the world. In this activity students describe the technical topic to enhance their knowledge related to different technologies. The purpose of this activity was to strengthen the relationship between students and technology.
Students were instructed to select the topic of their own choice. Topics and name of the students are listed below:-
- Bhumika Ajwani (BCA-II) – Features of Metaverse.
- Gaurav Nandeshwar (BCA-I) – Block Chain Technology.
- Chetan Soni (BCA-I) – Advanced Features of Smart watches.
- Siddharth Gaur (PGDCA) – Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality.
- Ananya Tiwari (BCA-II) – Role of Artificial Intelligence in today’s World.
- Jharna Sahu (BCA-I) – Evolution of Foldable Smart Phones.
- Disha Choutwani (BCA-I) – Cyber Security.
- Pratyush Yadu (BCA-II) – Digital Twin Technology.
- Reena Seth (PGDCA) – Application of Artificial Intelligence.
Faculty in charge of the event was Ms. Neha Sahu. This event was a platform for our students to share and explore the upcoming technologies. This will also help them in enhancing their Public Speaking and an overall Self-Development.
Students were advised to use PPT for their technical topics. After every presentation, Question-Answer session took place and presenter cleared all the doubts of audience. The activity was overall a perceptive event which turned out to be very educational and helpful. The program ended up with a motivational message by HOD, Mrs. Pooja Rathi.
